Selling

How is my price worked out? Your price depends on the model, storage and the condition you describe. You can see it before you book anything.

What happens at pickup? Our agent checks the phone against your answers. If it matches, you are paid. If something is different, the agent shows you a revised price, and you can accept it or cancel at no cost.

What do I need to keep ready? The phone, a government photo ID, and any accessories you said you would hand over. Back up your data, sign out of your Google or Apple account, and remove your SIM and memory card.

How do I get paid? You can pick UPI, bank transfer or cash at pickup when you book.

Buying

What do the grades mean? Superb looks close to new, Good has light signs of use, Fair has visible wear. Every grade works fully.
